We know it’s been a while, but we’re back with big news, tips and resources to help you get the most out of CashManager.
First up, in June, Handy Tech North America announced it would be distributing CashManager, as it’s ease of use is ideal for the vision impaired. This is such an incredible opportunity for us, as Handy Tech is the leading distributor of adaptive technology for the blind and low vision communities. We couldn’t be prouder.

CashManager – Did You Know?

...Kiwibank customers can now make EFT payments from CashManager (The EFT feature in CashManager creates a file of supplier payments which can be imported into your Kiwibank account).

1.

Activate the EFT feature at SETUP>BANK ACCOUNTS.

2.Select the EFT tab.

3.Once activated, create the file as part of the supplier payments wizard or from the Transactions>Bank Transactions Screen *Select the EFT button).

4.The file extension should be kbb.

Thank you for the extra time you took to cover the last topic, online, from the Accelerator course I attended in December. I cannot recommend more highly the course content, you as a trainer and as a result of those two Cashmanager as a business accounting programme. I was already singing its praises as an extremely intuitive and user friendly system but the course raised that praise several notches. My only suggestion for something I would like to see would be some time spent with an expert Cashmanager trainer to watch how I do things and suggest any streamlining of those processes if that is available.
