Unable to delete deposit 2008/02/14 22:18  
I'm trying to delete a deposit that I entered incorrectly and I can't do it. I get this message "You cannot delete this transactions as it contains an allocated receipt or payment"
How do I fix this?
  The administrator has disabled public write access.

You need to unmatch the deposit (Receipt) from the customer invoice before you can delete it.
Go to the customers menu and select 'Matching transactions' Bring up the customer, display all transactions and then tick the invoice and the receipt. Then tick Apply. This will unmatch them and then you can go back to the transaction entry screen and delete the deposit.
