We want to make it easy for you to learn and get the very best out of your CashManager system. That's why we've developed different training options to suit your needs.


 

Our trainers travel around the country holding individual and group training sessions for our clients and business partners. Courses are interactive and hands-on with plenty of opportunity to answer your individual questions.

Scheduled Courses
Our trainers facilitate hands-on sessions in small groups of no more than ten.
The Accelerator Training Course is a full one-day course and covers everything you need to know about CashManager and more. Laptops, workbook, stationery, lunch, morning & afternoon tea supplied.

Web Training
Our online web training sessions are at scheduled times and use the latest software to train online. Interactive classes of no more than five participants allow you to learn in your location, without the need for travelling.

One to One
Individual training sessions give you what you specifically need to help you become as efficient as possible in your business/home environment. Contact us to arrange your own training session. Additional charges may apply.

  • How do I activate the 'Invoice Logs' feature?
  • Click on Setup>Options>Customers

    Select 'Activate customer invoice logs' and click OK.

    This will add an option under 'Transactions' > 'Customer invoice logs'.

    Also note that you cannot switch to full invoicing in the middle of the financial year. You need to start the company over again in the beginning of the financial year.

I am a 73 and ½ years old and computer illiterate. Last week, my 12 year old computer not only crashed, but collapsed. I have been using the cash manager program for some years in my business. I have now purchased another computer and at the time, the computer shop transferred as much of my old information across to the new one. However, I was told I had to re install the cash manger program which I did yesterday. However, I could not open any of my reports. I phoned accomplish customer service and was put in touch with Eugene Hawkins in NZ who provided technical support.
