Grant Hewson 

Grant Hewson
General Manager

Grant is the General Manager and a co-director of Accomplish. Grant has successfully led the company since joining in July 2005. A proven business builder, strategist and people manager, Grant has an extensive sales, marketing and business development background. He has held roles predominantly in the FMCG industry for large organisations in both New Zealand and Australia, including Unilever, SC Johnson Wax, Lion Nathan and Baxter Healthcare.

Australian born (we don't hold that against him!), Grant has resided in New Zealand since 1996 and is married with two daughters. A keen cyclist, his interests also include personal fitness, golf and fishing.

Raewyn Whisker  Raewyn Whisker
Account Manager

Raewyn is the Account Manager for Accomplish and joined in June 2006. Looking after our existing Business Partners and seeking new business, Raewyn also manages the Business Partner Programme and posseses a good knowledge of CashManager.

Raewyn comes from an IT Sales and Admin background and previously sold hardware and software for a large IT company.

Born and bred in Ashburton, Raewyn has lived in Invercargill and Wellington before moving to Auckland in 1992. A keen cyclist and budding triathlete, she is married and has a dog, a Standard Smooth Dashund, Tex. The family love living in Clevedon, south of Auckland, but hate the commuting!
   




Naazneen Wadia  Naazneen Wadia
Sales & Accounts Administrator

Naaz is one of the key team members at Accomplish. A BCom graduate, she is a veteran after more than seven years with the company. There is not much that Naaz doesn't know about the day to day running of the office and she can answer just about any question you throw at her! Looking after accounts payable, receivable and payroll also keeps her busy.

Naaz migrated from the rich land of Dubai in 2001. She lives in Auckland with her husband and two children. In the brief spare time Naaz has, she enjoys dancing and craft work, allowing her to exercise her creative streak.


Penny Gardiner  Penny Gardiner
Training Manager

Our Training Manager Penny coordinates and presents both group and 1:1 training sessions in NZ and Australia. With an extensive IT and training background, Penny has worked in the IT industry in Australia and the UK for organisations such as Fletcher Construction and Ace Computer Training, where she was the Senior Trainer.

Penny also runs her own software business, EASYDocs Ltd. She started the business in 1993, which involves developing, maintaining and selling TheoLegal - programming custom document software solutions for clients, training, and consulting. Penny joined Accomplish in 2006 as a part-time Technical Support Analyst and has now moved into the Training Manager role.

Penny's four children also keep her busy and she enjoys an active life and getting out skiing - both the water and snow varieties!




Support Team


Mandy Adams 

Mandy Adams
Support Services Manager

Mandy manages our Support Team and is responsible for ensuring Accomplish continue to offer an 'Awesome' level of support to our customers.

The support desk is open from 8am to 9pm (NZ time) Monday to Friday. Mandy ensures that those hours are covered at all times with our team of Technical Support Analysts.

Mandy works closely with our program developers to ensure that our software is completely up to date and to further enhance the program through the new version releases that we produce each year.

Mandy enjoys the outdoors and getting to grips with nature whenever she can, embarking on regular tramping trips around the countryside.


 

Steven Davey 

Steven Davey
Technical Support Analyst

Steven joined Accomplish in April 2008 as a Technical Support Analyst. He has proved himself quickly and has become an integral member of the Support team, handling support enquiries from our business partners and end users.

Steven is a New Zealand trained Secondary School Teacher in I.C.T. and Technology and qualified as a Network Engineer. 


Jeet  Jeetendra Kulkarni
Technical Support Analyst

Jeetendra is an AUT university graduate majoring in IT & Networking. He also holds a Graduate Degree in Commerce from India. He has held roles of technical support expert & advanced resolution expert with Dell Computers. He works fulltime across support and sales team and is often known by name - "Jerry"

Apart from work & studies, he likes to read inspirational and leadership books, play computer video games and spend time with nature.

Eugene Hawkins 

Eugene Hawkins
Technical Support Analyst

Eugene is a part time Technical Support analyst on the Accomplish Support desk. He joined in July 2007 and has gained a wealth of technical knowledge. He has a certificate in Electro-technology gained from Unitec in Auckland.
Born in Russia, Eugene moved to South Africa 10 years later and then to NZ in 2006. Eugene is an avid cricket player and fan, playing for Cornwall Cricket Club.


Nat Dowsett  Nat Dowsett
Technical Support Analyst

Nat joined the Accomplish Support Team in August 2008. He has proved himself quickly and has become an integral member of the Support team, handling support enquiries from our business partners and end users.

Nat has a background in sports, website design, and research. His past times include watching cricinfo.com, drinking Starbucks coffee and playing practical jokes on Steve.
 

Ivan Proykov

Ivan Proykov
Technical Support Analyst

Ivan is the newest member of the support team, joining us in early 2009. Originally from Bulgaria, Ivan has now lived in New Zealand for approximately 5 years. He has also lived in Durban, South Africa for 12 years. Besides showing strong interest in accountancy and marketing Ivan has a deep passion for graphic design.

Outside of work, Ivan's interests include following the Super 14, kick boxing and football.


Support Team (Night Staff)

Supriya Siddiqui 

Supriya Siddiqui
Technical Support Analyst

Supriya is a part-time Technical Support Analyst, working the evening shifts. A university student, Supriya is in her final year of study for a Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in physiology and psychology.

On the days when she is not reading textbooks, doing assignments or working on the Support Desk, Supriya enjoys reading, table tennis, chess, music and just plain sleeping in and being lazy - like many Uni students are!

 

Rav Madan 

Rav Madan
Technical Support Analyst

Rav is a part-time Technical Support Analyst, working the evening shifts. Rav is qualified to help with support related issues with CashManager along with creating and editing invoice and statement layouts.


 

 

What Customers Say

Thank you for your help during the years and also from your support team who we have had to call on once or twice for help with odd things as clients brought files into us. Their prompt assistance has always been appreciated and I know those clients who have also used them have commented on the results they have had favourably.
